The Garden Room
Our smallest luxury cottage sleeps 2-4 guests in a light, airy ground-floor apartment. Features include a super-king/twin bedroom, en-suite shower room, and modern kitchen-living area. Ideal for couples or small families seeking comfortable accommodation with easy access to local attractions.
The Barn
A character-filled 2-bedroom cottage sleeping 4-6 guests. Converted from original farm buildings, it features vaulted ceilings, an open-plan living area, and wood-burning stove. Combines historic charm with modern comforts for family holidays or group stays.
The Loft
A 2-bedroom first-floor cottage sleeping 4-6 guests. Unique features include a separate lounge, private balcony, and two double bedrooms. Offers elevated views while maintaining proximity to Chichester's cultural attractions and Goodwood's sporting events.
The Cottage
Spacious 3-bedroom accommodation sleeping 6-8 guests. Includes two double and one king-size bed, luxury bathroom with separate cloakroom. Designed for larger families or groups requiring multiple sleeping areas while maintaining communal living spaces.
The Lodge
Our largest purpose-built lodge sleeping 6-8 guests. Features three king-size beds, master en-suite shower room with smart television, and modern open-plan living. Newly constructed in 2013 to provide contemporary comforts in a rural setting.

We hired all 5 cottages for our parents 70th Birthday in 2019 to stay in March 2020. Unfortunately due to Covid, this had to be changed to March 2021 and then again to October 2021. Jo was so helpful and patient throughout all the changes. The accommodation is lovely. Each cottage has its own colour theme, even down to the keyring. The property is set in lovely surroundings, spacious, clean, well equip and warm. We all agreed we would have loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommended and would re book in a heart beat.

Fantastic four day stay for a nearby family wedding. We rented all five cottages which provided an excellent base for the wedding for our immediate family. The cottages were well equipped, very clean and comfortable.

Lovely weekend stay with our family for a a Wedding nearby. We stayed in The Lodge which was immaculate, comfortable and ultra clean. Jo was very helpful including posting back some left behind baby clothes! Thoroughly recommend.

Re our stay at the Barn, Flintstone Cottages in Sussex. The accommodation was very clean and was well appointed and made a super base to view the surrounding area of West Sussex. The weather we had was good for late September and we had some good walks. The local Gribble Inn pub Sunday roast was something to behold. We would happily use Flintstone cottages again to stay in this area.

Recently stayed at the Flintstone Cottages and booked the Garden Room, the Cottage and the Lodge ahead of a wedding. The cottages were lovely and spacious, great outdoor seating with lovely picturesque surroundings, good powerful showers, plenty of parking and really helpful host. Slight snag when an iron didn't work in one of the properties but was easily rectified by the team. I would highly recommend.
