Needs a lot of training in how to support customers with hidden disabilities. and to understand that a simple sorry when errors have occurred goes a long way in customer relations

They are a small pharmacy, ideally located with long opening hours (they close at 10pm). I've had a few issues where stuff isn't ready or hasn't come through, but it's generally sorted quickly.

Really good pharmacy, open until 10pm most nights. Would've given it 5 stars but I cant based on the fact it's a free-for-all battle for the 2 parking spaces they have.
