My first deliberate scratch was on a small wine glass in 1983, in Harare, Zimbabwe, where I was born. I had scratched a simple flower, using a basic diamond pencil, and on holding it up to the light I was overwhelmed with delight at its' magical characteristics. It changed the course of my life immediately.

I purchased several cullets many years ago, from a gentleman who had bought them from the factory when it closed. He had had them as ornaments in his garden. Cullets are hardened left over crystal.

I POST WORLDWIDE: Note that for countries OUTSIDE UK parcels should be kept to a reasonable size. Final box measurements 90cm x 90 x 90. Should the final weight exceed 2kg, the postage cost increases greatly! A first time customer of engraved glass is often unsure of "how it all works" so here are a few ideas, surmised after taking engraving commissions since 1983.
