Alloy refurbishment

JP Automotive provides an efficient, cost effective alloy wheel refurbishment service that reproduces manufacturer's quality at a fraction of the cost of new wheels. We offer a full powder coat refurbishment within 24 hours and Diamond Cut within 48 hours! Subject to technicians inspection.

Diamond cutting

Our specialist technicians operate highly advanced CNC Diamond Cutting lathes that create a unique polished finish to alloy wheels. JP Automotive' wheel refurbishment centre is equipped with two state of the art units, giving us the capacity to refurbish approximately 40 machine precision wheels per day.

Our technicians remove, refit and balance tyres as part of the refurbishment process so why not have new tyres expertly fitted as part of the experience. Our experienced staff can provide expert advice on fitting the correct tyres to your vehicle and your wheels can be refurbished, have new tyres fitted and be on your vehicle awaiting collection within a few days.

All vehicles stored on site are booked in by appointment, surveyed and wrapped with a protective dust cover throughout the refurbishment process.
