I can't recommend Grant and his team enough for Invisalign treatment. He's so lovely that I genuinely looked forward to appointments. The whole process was smooth and I felt exceptionally well looked after the whole time. Also, I now have amazingly straight teeth. Hurrah!

Really bad customer service/experience. Booked an appointment with the hygienist, had to pay for the appointment and told if I cancel/reschedule within 24/48 hours, my payment was not refundable. Fair enough. However the hygienist was unable to come to work due to tube strikes and was messaged at the time of my appointment. If this was the other way around, my payment wouldve been taken. Also tube strikes are mentioned in advance so advising on the day and time of the appointment is not acceptable. They need to treat customers as they wish to be treated otherwise wont be any clients left

First came to Dr.Grant hating my smile and had been hiding my teeth for years, he completely changed that in the matter of months and now love my smile and have complete confidence to smile around myself and others. Fully recommend, the best treatment out there and a really nice guy too.
