I had underfloor insulation fitted under the Green Homes Scheme, Cobalt were excellent from the first contact. Very responsive, clear and prompt communication, the installation happened exactly as described. The fitters were on time, were affable and professional. A very clean and tidy job. Five stars is not enough, a highly recommended business.

Cobalt built a roof extension for us a few years back. During the work one of their men put his foot through the floor into the room below. They replaced the ceiling. Then they put a screw through a heating pipe and the bedroom below was flooded. A few years later they came back because the ceiling was still damp, and tried to fix the roof at the back. Whatever they did didn't solve the problem, because the ceiling in the room started to sag with the weight of damp. So they came back and cut out the sagging ceiling. They then said it wasn't covered by the warranty and wanted us to pay for the repairs

We are so pleased with the results and the whole process of dealing with Cobalt. Every one of the workmen who worked on our house were professional, polite and hardworking. Chris has been instrumental in making sure everything was done to a high standard and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Cobalt Carbon Free.

Their friendly and professional service was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. The roofers were exceptional and rectified a problem I had been experiencing for a long time. CCF's Mike visited the property the day after my initial call. This was followed up immediately by a very detailed account of the work necessary. When I rang for further details, he was very generous with his time. All this was without any charge.
