What We Do

Pole fitness is a fantastic way to exercise due to its versatility to be used as a cardiovascular exercise and as a strength building class. All of our classes are are designed to suit all levels and abilities so wether your a complete beginner or an advanced professional we can offer a class to suit you.

8 per sesion per hour (For groups we work on a 4 week rolling block we ask for an upfront payment of 32 for the 4 week block). Yes you will need to book a place on all sessions, you can do this by email from our contact us page or text or call on 07725 188378 or call on 01922 417655.
Pole and aerial fitness classes are great for building confidence, all you have to do is pluck up the courage to come and meet our fantastic instructors and like minded class mates and we will take care of the rest, ensuring you reach goals you never imagined possible whilst having fun along the way.
