Google needs a no star rating from time to time and this is one of those times, Book a job on a monday and a week wednesday its still not collected, and when you call to complain your told to take your business elsewhere, and the operator hangs up, this company in my opinion is worth avoiding, duty of care to its customers is non existant, apparently a driver left and they forgot to tell anyone, its hardly surprising especially if they treat their staf the same as their customers Jonen you fail and I have taken your advice and will be taking my business elsewhere. back to Kings for me a proper

I had a delivery from the company. Firstly it was delivered on time and on date as expected. The driver was really bubbly and friendly. Seemed like he had a good day or week so far, which was great! However I genuinely believe he had a great personality. He was understanding and I requested if he could bring the pallet over to the back, without any hesitation, he did so. It was delivered in the best possible way he could have. With his limited ability, he managed to satisfy me all the way. I highly recommend this company because there service is great and prompt delivery. Especially with the shortage

What a bunch of. Then again. They can't help it that their yard is too small. Went in to get loaded. Got virtually blocked in. Having to squeeze myself out. Damaged the side of my vehicle. Only noticed later

My husband was left in a difficult situation by another company that had given JONEN Shipping a delivery job that they were unable to complete through no fault of their own. The company in question told us that we would have to collect the heavy item ourselves which was impossible. We then called JONEN direct and my husband spoke to Mark. I have to say the help and excellent customer service was superb. He got our situation sorted and the item delivered within hours of our call. We can't thank you enough Mark. You made an extremely stressful situation so much better and got the job done.

One of there drivers crashed into my car! They tried to proceed with a fraudulent insurance claim for what I saw as a "paint trade" for him. My dash cam footage was invaluable, quickly proving that it wasn't my fault. I hope your insurance company throw the book at you! People with your morals are the reason we all pay sky high insurance premiums! Your lorry wasn't even damaged, if it was it blended in with the rest of the scuffs and marks, that clearly showed your drivers level of competence. All hail the dash cam!! Photo of crash added.
