Kate is great . Friendly, welcoming and really helpful...(btw ... the shop is amazing. If you haven't been, you should definitely plan a visit!) She got us booked in for a survey & quote. The two Gavin's were brilliant. Kept the booked in slot despite being exceptionally busy and they did an exceptional job with attention to detail throughout, an remarkably clean considering the type of installation. We are now the proud owners of an Esse Bakeheart ... Hot Stuff Stoves have done us proud Thank you!

I love this place. Been today a got some Christmas decorations and gifts all in the 50% sale. It's so welcoming and cosy with the stoves on in there. If you have never been in. It's a must. I pop in all year around for birthday or anniversary gifts. Even garden items. Kate is always welcoming and happy to help with anything. Just Love love love hot stuff stoves.xxxx

This is a great company to deal with which we have done so on several occasions. Kate in the show room has always been very helpful and every installation has gone to plan. Gavin and his installation team are great workers and the transformation they make to your fireplace is amazing. I would recommend to all who are thinking and wouldnt go anywhere else.
