Writing on behalf of my elderly parents. They ordered a new sofa and chair in June 2021 after lots of searching for the right one, they understood there might be a wait with the covid situation. But by November there was still no sign of it , after enquiring they were told it was on a container and would be arriving soon. By December there still was no sign of it, on December 15th they had a phone to say it had arrived (approximately 25weeks after ordering) the would deliver on Monday 20th . Which they did ... but the delivery driver couldn't get it in the house,,,, whilst trying they smashed

My Thanks to the owners of Frank Knighton for delivering my furniture within a week after l had a slight problem with one of their employees. I should add l had a suite from them previously and was treated with the utmost courtesy which is why l returned there.Seasons Greetings to you all.

A great range of quality furniture at reasonable prices.. Nice atmosphere in store, great staff who are friendly and very knowledgeable. Lengthy lead time for some items, but well worth waiting for

Finally got the problems with the suite sorted out, but now a few month down the road its not very good quality for 2500 the seats are going all bobbly in the fabric and in parts its has threads hanging on it, have had better cheaper not very good for a high quality supplier.
