Matt has over 10 years of Architectural design experience as a qualified Architectural Technician. He has previously worked for some of the country's largest construction companies including Charles Church, Persimmon, Bloor Homes as well as some of the smaller local developers which has given an insight of projects large and small.
Before working in the construction sector Matt worked as a product designer which has proved invaluable experience to my practical and visualisation skills. Matt founded Case Designs in 2010 on simple core values: a forward thinking and approachable, design-led practice delivering innovative, affordable architecture to individual domestic clients.

The clients brief for this project was to provide a large family orientated space which connected the existing lounge and dining room, make the ground floor layout flow better with additional storage, and to create a home chiropractors clinic for the client to work from. As the house was North facing it was important to create as much light as possible too within a sensible budget.
