We contacted Poolman as an authorised supplier of our automatic pool cover as ours was inoperable. Poolman staff attended promptly and identified the issue. Their quote was significantly less than the other company we had asked to look at the problem. Poolman confirmed they could replace the broken component at a minimal cost rather than replace… the entire roller, motor and pulley system. The work was carried out to an extremely high standard by polite and professional staff. We will definitely be using them for our annual cover servicing in future. Highly recommend

I contacted this company a few weeks ago & spoke to James the owner, he was very helpful & sent me some prices, & suggested we come down & look
At the pool at their showroom. My husband & I came down a week later, spoke to someone called Jack - he showed us the pool, spoke to us about the different liners & showed us the pump system. Jack didnt seem very knowledgeable & couldnt answer some
Of our questions about oil heating & cash payments. Never mind we thought, wed speak to the engineer when he comes out. We left our details & it was arranged that an engineer would call us on Monday

I've used Poolman for a couple of years for various suppliers, pool maintenance and bought a robotic cleaner (can't believe I didn't do it sooner!) Service always great and well priced. Had an issue where some chlorine spilt over my clothes and the guys were massively apologetic and helpful. They replaced my damaged items and now supply protective covers so very happy with how they handled it.
