Our courses align with international standards, including the Wilderness Medical Society and Mountain Training Association. Outdoor First Aid Training
Our Outdoor First Aid Training equips participants with essential skills to manage emergencies in remote settings. Designed for adventurers, outdoor instructors, and schools, the 16-hour course covers trauma, medical emergencies, and decision-making. Advanced Outdoor First Aid
The 35-hour Advanced Outdoor First Aid course prepares professionals for extended care in remote environments. Ideal for expedition leaders and climbers, it includes advanced casualty management, prolonged care techniques, and multi-casualty scenarios. Recognised by international bodies, this training ensures readiness for high-risk adventures.
Mental Health in Adventurous Settings
This one-day course teaches leaders to support mental wellbeing during outdoor activities. Focused on stress recognition, group dynamics, and crisis intervention, it complements physical first aid training. Designed for schools and expedition teams, it enhances safety and resilience in challenging environments.
Event Medical Cover
Invenio provides professional medical cover for sporting events, festivals, and community gatherings. Our team includes EMTs, nurses, and ambulance staff trained in wilderness medicine. Paediatric First Aid

I've attended two or three of Bruce's training courses and can say confidently that he consistently delivers a fun and informative session everytime. I'm not sure if there is anything Bruce doesn't know about first aid and practising it daily with the ambulance service means he always has new examples of how and when techniques are useful. Bruce is a friendly and approachable teacher and injects a lot of fun and humour into his training. I would highly recommend Invenio Training to anyone.
