Called up to book a skip. The woman who answered was unprofessional and sounded as if I was inconveniencing her. Tried to ask advice about the right skip to hire and she was unhelpful and made me feel as if I was wasting HER time!!!!! Will not be calling this company again. Waste of time. They need to teach their staff how to treat customers.

How come you get a road sweeper to clean your yard but never clean the road you lot drive down make it all dirty it very dangerous flowing people down there with all the dirty and dust coming up off the Road and drive down there on ride on mower all the dust all the dirty come off the road and you cant see because the dust go in your eyes please can you sort this out

Really helpful after we found out we couldnt have a road permit, arranged a wait and load service for us and the driver Matt was wonderful. Once he realised we were just two women on our own, he got stuck straight in helping us load the stuff into the skip and moving the heavier items. Hes a credit to your company! Absolutely fantastic service from Smith Recycling as always. Delivery of the skip was on time and they even went above and beyond to collect early on request. Both drivers were extremely friendly and professional, it's super hard to get service like this from most places these days but Smith Recycling have absolutely nailed it. Top marks
