We engaged these guys to help us with our EN14065 laundry accreditation last year. Due to the ongoing pandemic, things were put on hold and only recently after reopening were we able to get started with the process once again. Unfortunately they have turned out not to be the company we thought they were. They have charged us 14,000 for a revamped manual and a few on site meetings which Ive since learnt is just a rip off. They have been both unprofessional and somewhat rude and abusive when asked to move a meeting and having spoken to other similar companies I now know we have been grossly
