Our mobile alloy wheel refurbishment units can carry out a wide range of services at the location of your choice. It's worth pointing out that we do not refurbish just the damaged area but the whole face of the wheel; kerbing scuffs and scrapes can be fixed on the spot. If the wheels are corroding then we suggest that they are acid-stripped and powder-coated at one of our depots.

Some alloy wheels are prone to rotting and corrosion and there are a number of ways to treat this. There are companies who 'shot blast' or 'sand blast' alloy wheels to remove all the paint and corrosion. We find this is a harsh process and can leave pitting. Therefore we now use the latest techniques which involve us removing all the paint and corrosion in an acid bath.
Mobile Onsite Diamond Cut Alloy Wheel Repairs / Polished Wheels

More and more alloy wheels are now diamond cut. The easy way to identify if your wheels are diamond cut is if the faces of the wheels are very shiny, almost like the back of a CD. You can also see grain lines in the metal where they have been turned on the lathe. In addition, they have painted insets; these can be any colour, usually black, silver or anthracite.
Split Rim Rebuilds

We can carry out full split rim alloy wheel rebuilds as part of our mobile refurbishment service or the work can be carried out at our depot. For example, we can supply and fit the 18" and 20" Jaguar trims that are fitted to the XK wheels. As well as the trims we can also supply a variety of bolts and valves for different makes of split rims.
