Bathroom still unfinished after a year. Tim inspected the work and agreed it wasnt up to standard, but nothing has been put right. The installation by Paul Ramsdale was, in my opinion, very poor. The toilet wasnt fitted correctly, the safety flooring looks amateur, the floor was marked during fitting, and the bathroom light still doesnt work. The electrics in the loft were also left in an unsafe state, which is completely unacceptable.A third party was sent to fix the issues without informing us, and they entered using a key Paul still had.
The result looks even worse, and we asked for the key back as we no longer felt comfortable or confident. We have emailed, phoned, and visited the shop multiple times. Splashrooms told us they would sort everything out we have written proof but they have not taken any action. After 12 months of chasing, weve completely lost faith in the service.

Splashrooms designed and supplied all products for our new bathroom/toilet from their varied selection of fittings and tiles, all of which are of sound quality. We used an independent installer who in turn was impressed with the goods. Nothing was to much trouble for Dan and Tim at the showroom, they helped us throughout the process. We would recommend Splashrooms to family and friends no doubt. Thankyou. Eddie & Wynn May
