My name is Joyce Connor and here's a bit more about me and my passion for wellness, beauty and skincare. I have been working in the beauty industry for 23 years. I was living in New York when I started out, and I would visit every single makeup counter I could find, to try out different looks, and to learn about the products.
When I was back in the UK, I knew that I was destined to help other women look and feel great, to feel beautiful within their skin. I signed up to do a course in beauty and makeup and I haven't stopped learning since! The core of my work has always been brides, but I also work regularly on photoshoots - fashion, commercial, corporate and bridal - and I offer lessons, workshops and one-to-one tutorials in makeup, skincare and beauty.

My wedding couples are diverse and consist of couples of all ages, multicultural, same sex and international destination weddings.

I have a varied portfolio, and no two appointments are the same. The core of my work has always been brides, but I also work regularly on photoshoots - fashion, commercial, corporate and bridal - and I offer lessons, workshops and one-to-one tutorials in makeup, skincare and beauty. I write for various magazines and blogs, I am a regular guest on BBC Radio Berkshire.
Make Up Lessons

One to one make up lessons are available for day make up, teen make up, makeovers, refresher courses, special occasion makes and one to one transgender make up sessions. During the session you will learn how to apply make up to the skin, eyes and lips. You will need to bring your own make up but extra make up will be available for you to use.
Commercial and Fashion Make Up

Joyce is available for a variety of hair and makeup services including fashion, commercial, corporate and branding. Have you got a new collection being launched and need a professional makeup artist for your launch? I will work with you and your collection to create the right look for your advertising campaign.

During summer months April to October there is a minimum booking fee of bride plus two (3 people) for weddings. This is for hair or make up or both hair and make up. Make up lessons are available to brides getting married abroad please get in touch for further information. We also travel to international destinations for wedding make up and bridal hairstyling.
