Services
Plastic Injection Moulding
We produce precision plastic components up to 2.5kg using thermoplastics and advanced finishes. Our 43 modern Arburg and Engel machines ensure high-quality output for automotive, telecoms, and industrial applications. With microprocessor control and robotics, we guarantee consistent cycling and pressure-tight assembly.
Gas-Assisted Moulding
This technique enhances aesthetics and reduces material use in thick sections. By injecting inert gas, we create hollow channels that maintain structural integrity while lowering weight and production costs for complex parts.
Insert Moulding
We integrate metal or plastic inserts into moulded parts during production. This eliminates secondary assembly steps, improving durability and precision for components requiring embedded features or threaded sections.
Laser Marking
Our laser systems apply permanent, high-contrast markings for traceability and branding. This non-contact process ensures precision on curved or flat surfaces without compromising material integrity, ideal for regulatory compliance and customisation.
Ultrasonic Welding
We use high-frequency vibrations to fuse plastic parts without adhesives or solvents. This clean, fast method creates strong, hermetic seals for assemblies in medical, automotive, and consumer electronics applications.

Light and easy work. But it's a job with no stability. Ive been trained for one position, after been moving around all factory and doing different jobs. The company asking for a detail view and accuracy. Could not understand how it is possible to do that by changing jobs every day. Sometimes other workers ambitions went over. Good work atmosphere. Not so many hours.

I used to work there when I was a young girl, but we had to move house, and because it was to far away I had to leave, I was called lily burns then oh happy days they were, and to see its still going I can't believe it, I just had to email you and ask for a job, I've been with my other company for 46 years but they made me redundant Nov, I know I'm now in some bosses eyes way to old, but believe me I've got a few years left to give you all I have, I would love to work for you if you would have me, I think I would cry my eyes out that somebody wanted an old goat like me, please think about it
