Initial consultations are 45 minutes, and include a full assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. The diagnosis will be explained and the cause of the injury will be identified. This helps you to understand why the injury has happened, and therefore how to avoid it happening in the future.
You will then be given a treatment program, which will include likely modalities used (massage, manipulation, exercises, electrotherapy, acupuncture etc), an estimation of how long the injury will take to be resolved, and preventative measures to help you stay injury free in future.NB: most other companies are covered as our physiotherapists are registered with all pertinent professional bodies.
