I can't agree with the euphoric reviews. I visited the shop to buy a turntable like the Technics SL-1500C + a cartridge upgrade in my neighbourhood instead of ordering it online or using the big franchises. However, this naive approach failed dramatically because the smug bloke behind the counter turned me down right away when I explained that after 20 years with a manual Pro-Ject, I was looking for a turntable with an automatic tonearm return. No alternative suggestion, no question why, no suggestion to order such a device. Just a snippy "sorry, we don't stock that". I probably would have gotten

This place is fantastic, I'm so glad we went to them. We were looking to buy a new record deck, amp and speakers to replace our antiquated system and we were able to test run the set up we wanted in their listening room (all Covid secure). When our record deck order was delayed (from the manufacturer) they not only lent us an equivalent deck but also delivered it to us on Christmas Eve so we'd have something to play over Christmas. Excellent service and we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone looking to purchase some hifi equipment.
