Can I return a mattress if unsatisfied?

Mattresses can be returned within 14 days if unopened. Faulty items qualify for refunds, repairs, or replacements. Protective packaging must remain intact for hygiene-compliant returns.

Finance plans apply to orders between £250-£25,000. Options include 0% APR for 12 months or 9.9% APR for 24/36 months. Approval requires UK residency and regular employment.

How does the bed recycling service work?

We collect old beds/mattresses for £20-£95 depending on size. Items are recycled by The Furniture Recycling Group. Service must be selected at checkout or arranged pre-delivery.

What delivery areas do you cover?

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. Highlands incur additional charges. Overseas customers can arrange collection via UK-based shipping companies.

Really lovely shipping experience that was relaxed unlike the hard sell I hate in other bed shops. They had a good range of beds and the staff were very knowledgeable and allowed us to find our perfect mattress without being pushed towards any particular brand. I will return there again the next time we need a mattress.

Poor quality bed, it lasted less than 2 years. Bed made with large grained fast growing wood, surprised it lasted this long.

The bed was delivered on the arranged date. It is very comfortable. The photo is after my first night. I have a mattress topper over the mattress to protect the mattress. I used to have a memory foam mattress and slat bed. This is much better.

My elderly parents ordered a mattress and bed from this company, the mattress arrived damaged with a hole in and one of the divan drawers was broken. Despite the delivery guys pointing these things out and taking pictures as proof the company is still demanding photos as evidence instead of doing what any respectable company would in apologising and promising to rectify the issue straight away. Hopefully they will be kind enough to get in touch to rectify this otherwise I would avoid and go elsewhere.

I have not received my order and I haven't received a refund. My experience has not been good,
with a promise of the bed I ordered to come on a monday that did not turn up. Then lied to me the next day to say it was coming on the Tuesday.
Tuesday comes no bed.! Then they tell me that day that it's lost! So iv asked for refund and have not heard a word since. So I ring them to ask them again and there still messing me about. All I want is my money back! And to the reply back on this review. No no one has contacted me!
