Our Restaurant offers locally sourced produce cooked by our resident chefs, you can also rely on a good hearty Yorkshire breakfast! The bar serves all of your favourites along with signature cocktails and lots of friendly banter on the local area, and anything in between.
We have a large function room that holds upto 100 guests for any celebration or event, which has lovely views over the terraced gardens. A full civil ceremony licence ensures that you can legally marry at Dunedin with the expert care of our wedding planners.

Built around 1841 Dunedin is styled in late Georgian with early Victorian influence. The quaint village of Patrington is on our doorstep and hosts a variety of independent shops, eateries & hostelries, including our own beauty lounge "The Retreat". Helen & Simon purchased Dunedin in 2012 and have lovingly restored & renovated the building to its original beauty.
