Crossways is a care home for the elderly, housed in a beautiful detached house in the exclusive area of Lindfield close to Haywards Heath. We are registered to accommodate up to twenty five people aged 65 and over, including married couples and/or partners. Our aim is to provide a high standard of accommodation and care.
The Home's policy is to provide a secure, relaxed and homely environment in which the care, well-being and comfort of our residents are of prime importance. All our staff at Crossways Residential Care Home work hard to ensure that we provide the very best in elderly care posible. We provide a full range of care services including respite care.

We offer care on a 24 hour basis and our team of qualified and experienced staff will ensure that all our residents, whether long term or respite, will receive excellent care. Our staff, some of whom are listed below, receive the very best training to ensure that they become the very best carers and that they always work to national standards.
