We booked a coach to take us to Royal Ascot this year and we contacted Country Lion to let them know that that all races have been stopped due public health and safety reasons and that we will be getting a full refund from Royal Ascot, But Sad to say that its No from Country Lion this is a copy of their Email - Thank you for your email. Unfortunately as per our cancellation policy the deposit paid to secure the booking is non-refundable but as a gesture of goodwill we are willing to credit this amount against a future booking made with ourselves. As a company we are still operating transport

I had to cancel a booking to Duxford for Royal Anglian Regiments Veterans annual Reunion due to the governments ruling re the covid 19 pandemic, Country Lion Coaches have withheld my 50 deposit. They said as a good will gesture they will hold it for another booking should i choose to do so, if they can do that why can they not reimburse me like other organizations have ? Not too impressed, will i use them again, make your own mind up on that one.

We recently booked a coach from this company to take a class of children from Milton Keynes to Northampton. The coach driver arrived on time and was really friendly and patient when we were running a little late. He was also on time when collecting us to take us home. The coach itself was in good condition, it was clean and all of the seat belts and arm rests were all working well. My only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the operators in their office were rude on the phone to some of my office staff. Would recommend.

If you are looking to book a coach hire service, avoid Country Lion at ALL COSTS. After agreeing a date and time over the phone with one of the operators I was told my booking was confirmed. The first email I received following the booking confirmation stipulated that I could pay a 50 deposit with the remainder to be paid 7 days prior to travel. However, when I asked how I can pay the deposit, I was told the full balance will be due on Monday. This was a clear contradiction of their original email and I took them to task over this. After realising their blunder, they agreed that I could pay

They gave me the wrong mini bus for starters . had to come back after I had got home. Had to return the other one as the paperwork wasnt correct and had wrong details on it. This would have affected me if i would have been stopped by the police. Spoke to the office manager there who is very rude and abusive. They offered me 20 pounds compensation which I turned down. Lauren st reception is amazing. Job well done to you. You should be there new office manager. Be wary when getting self drive vehicles from them.

Recently used for private hire 2 coaches as part of our wedding day. Both coaches arrived on time and quality of the coaches were excellent. All guests very much appreciated the service and especially at the end of the night where one did multiple stops to drop guests off which was nice :) highly recommend. Emails answered promptly and competitive price
