Due to the heat and no bus service I arrived at the store today very hot drafter a long walk.
Karen offered me a choice of drinks which refreshed me.

Fabulous. My 25 year old beloved Multiyork sofas were too good to dispose of so I decided to have them reupholstered. Material Things were brilliant. They offer good value for money and an exceptional customer service. My sofas look like new. I ordered some arm covers for added protection but they weren't included in the delivery. This was not a problem for the crew, within an hour I received a phone call and somebody took the effort of delivering them to me personally. Thank you.

Had my sofa seat restuffed (not sure if that is the right term) by Material Things. Beforehand my other half and I sank into it, but now it is absolutely wonderful! Lovely staff, very welcoming and professional. The sofa seat was ready in the time-frame estimated and customer service was top notch. I think I may convince the significant other to let me get the other seats done in due course... Also the shop looks like it has some lovely furniture items so well worth a browse!
