Trevarrian Lodge is situated on a quiet lane just minutes from the South West Coastal path at Beacon Cove, between Mawgan Porth (1 mile) and Watergate Bay (1 miles) both having long sandy beaches, ideal for surfers, families and dog walking all year round.

With Newquay airport being only a mile away and covering regular flights from a variety of UK and European destinations makes Trevarrian Lodge an ideal place to break your journey with an overnight stay.We offer an airport collection and/or drop off by arrangement. Declan and Jean made us feel very welcome and were always friendly.

Directions (From A30 into Cornwall) Follow A30 until you see the signs for 'Newquay Airport' Follow these signs and you will eventually pass the airport on your left. At the T-Junction turn right. On entering the village our Brown sign can be seen on the left directing you up a narrow lane and Trevarrian Lodge can be found approx.
Watergate Bay Newquay

Watergate Bay is 1 mile from Trevarrian Lodge and is a great place for surfing, kite surfing, bodyboarding or just enjoying the beach. It is home to the O'Neil surf school for which we are able to offer you a 10% discount when you book both room and surf lessons. Watergate Bay is also the home of Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall restaurant, serving lunches and evening meals.
Padstow
Report
Padstow 8 miles north of Trevarrian is a beautiful fishing harbour with narrow streets and little boutique style shops. Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, Fish & Chip shop and deli's can be found here. During the summer months bands play on the harbour's edge in the evening making a night out here a must.
Newquay
Report
Newquay is 4 miles south of Trevarrian along the coast road, and on the way you will pass Porth beach, which is great for young families. Newquay offers a range of beaches, surf shops and eateries. Fistral beach on the headland is home to avid surfers and several competitions are held here each year.

SOUTH WEST COASTAL PATH - is accessed at the end of the lane, crossing the road to a bramble footpath leading onto the route for the South West Coastal Path - Signpost and Grid reference: Map Grid Ref. SW 8433 6668 Footpath Grid Ref: 845 666. 1.5 miles east from the post towards Padstow, will take you via Mawgan Porth village and past the many hotels to Carnewas and Bedruthen Steps.
