After gaining her degree in Interior Architecture in 1989, Susie initially worked in London, developing her design and management skills on major hotel projects. She started Pfeiffer Design in 1996: as director, she's closely involved in all projects, providing creative and management oversight at every stage from initial consultation to completion.
Susie is also a judge at the Sussex Heritage Awards, which recognise and reward high-quality design in conservation, restoration and new-build projects, and encourage the use of traditional skills and crafts. Jenna is a qualified Interior Architectural Designer, and has worked on projects ranging from Listed buildings and high-end residential properties to restaurants, estate agents, retirement villages and libraries.

Bespoke furniture is an investment, and we'll build yours to last, and look good, for many years to come. Our frames are made from solid British beech, long prized by furniture-makers for its fine, tight grain, even texture and pale colour, which make it incredibly strong, hardwearing, and easy to stain and polish.
