Extensive portal-framed service buildings ranging from 50 x 30 metres to 20 x 10 metres were dismantled and resold, with re-erection facilities provided as required. This 35,000 m2 site was cleared in under 10 weeks, including breaking out and crushing the extensive concrete slabs.
The demolition of Tilworth Grange Hospital in Hull - a site with 10 acres and various period buildings - was undertaken and completed in 12 weeks, in preparation for a substantial house building project by another developer.Linbro carried out the principal contractor duties, which included the organisation of extensive asbestos removal.

Manor College, Ashgate Rd, Chesterfield, was a 3 storey 1900's school building, The school, latterly a college was a popular building in chesterfield because of its integral swimming pool where many Chesterfield residents first learnt to swim. The building was also under the watchful eye of Natural England who were exceptionally keen to ensure that bat life was not harmed in anyway.
