Ordered a few things, hair piece, earrings and bracelets. The bracelets were quite short and although mine was ok, they would have been too short for 2 of my 3 bridesmaids. I returned them with the intention of getting replacements but the original bracelets were so pretty I found it difficult to find anything I liked as much. Alice to the rescue! She contacted the designer who kindly offered to add extender chains at no extra cost. To say I am happy is an understatement. Alice went above and beyond and I am delighted with the bracelets. They are beautiful and were very reasonably priced. Would
