Yes, a skin test is needed 48 hours prior to certain colour treatments. Please enquire when booking.

Lisa has been doing my hair for well over a year now and I can honestly say I am always happy with what she does. I originally went with black hair (dyed) and wanted to go lighter. I now have the colour and style that I want and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Worst salon experience Ive ever had. I booked an appointment after reading the reviews and testimonials on their website but my hair looks NOTHING like the photo I showed Lisa. I wanted long layers with lighter tones throughout the lengths. What I ended up with was chunky stripes and choppy layers - an absolute hack job! It honestly looks like a child randomly chopped into it, so Ill be wearing my hair up for the foreseeable future. AND they overcharged me. The whole thing was grossly incompetent. As a student, I hadnt had my hair cut in over a year, but I picked up more work hours to

Moved up north of London and haven't been able to find anyone anywhere as good as Jacqui ... so I travel down every 8 weeks to get my hair done in Bournemouth- it's still worth 7 hours of driving!

I drive past this place most days. After a recent poor experience at a different Salon, I thought I'd give them a try. I called up to see if they could fit me in before the weekend, and they were open late Thursdays, which suited me well. You can park down the hill from them, near the church for free. The ladies here were very polite, and straightforward with establishing what I really wanted from my new style. I came out with a cool cut, and feeling a lot better about hairdressers. I'll be heading back when I need a trim :) thanks, guys.
