Do you deliver outside Yorkshire?
Yes, we deliver across the North of England including Lancashire, Greater Manchester, and the Lake District. We occasionally serve events in Scotland.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and business account transfers. Payment terms vary for large-scale event bookings.
Can I collect equipment myself?
Yes, we offer self-collection from our Bradford depot to avoid transport charges. Advance booking is required for collection slots.
Are deposits required for hires?
We typically require 25% deposits for large bookings. Full payment terms are confirmed during quotation stages for all event equipment hires.
How do you maintain equipment hygiene?
All tableware and catering equipment undergo commercial machine washing and sanitisation between hires. We follow strict food safety standards for kitchen equipment maintenance.

We hired various glassware from Blue Sky for our wedding in December 2021. The ordering process was very straight forward and Stephanie was really helpful, even adding on an extra order at the last minute for us. Delivery and collection went smoothly, would definitely recommend.

A HUGE thank you to all the team at Blue Sky for working so hard to make a very isolated spot in the Yorkshire Dales, perfect for a party! The communication was always clear and prompt, we added extra things onto the invoice last minute with no drama. The team delivering were really efficient and extremely helpful in explaining how everything worked. I really couldn't recommend Blue Sky enough!

These guys are amazing, and I would 100% recommend them! They provided a marquee, catering tent, and bathrooms for our wedding (including tables, chairs, linen, crockery etc. and stage, lighting and additional speakers) and the service we received was exemplary! Great communication, great guidance when requested & very knowledgeable about the industry. No task was too big or too small & the whole team from the MD and event coordinators through to the ground team who do the delivery and set up were so friendly and helpful. The estimates and final billing were very clear and easy to understand
