What pests do you treat?
We handle wasps, rodents (rats/mice), moles, birds, ants, cockroaches, bed bugs, fleas, cluster flies, and other insect infestations.
Are your treatments safe for families and pets?
Yes. Our methods follow BPCA guidelines and CHAS-accredited safety protocols to ensure minimal risk to humans, animals, and the environment.
Do you offer emergency pest control?
While we prioritise rapid service, we do not provide 24/7 emergency callouts. Contact us during working hours for urgent cases.
What qualifications do your technicians hold?
Our team holds RSPH Level 2 Certificate in Pest Management and NPTC Level 2 Award in Safe Use of Pesticides for professional competence.
How do I identify a mole infestation?
Look for molehills following tunnel lines in lawns or fields. Moles create unstable ground, posing tripping hazards and damaging grassed areas.
