From start to finish I couldn't fault them, advice was good, the took on board what my father required so he could return home to a safer home . Thanks to malcolm who arranged everything and Anthony the fitter I can now get my father home and back to as normal life as he can. Many thanks guys .

Had a used Stannah 420 fitted last week though they wasnt the cheapest company offering these but after reading different reviews I am pleased I chose Assured Stairlifts. I Spoke to a gent called Malcolm he gave me great advice and offered a free sight survey. They gave me a date and time which the engineer kept to and was clean and tidy.whilst fitting the stairlift he was professional and very knowledgable making sure my wife was happy in using the lift before leaving. We had a minor fault that was sorted immediately nothing appeared to much trouble. I cant recommend this company enough

Had a recon Stannah 420 fitted yesterday 10th Oct. I received excellent advice with no pressure, the technician arrived on time was couteous and effeciant and made no mess. The product is really good and I would recommend this company.
