Hired a motorhome for a long weekend & couldn't decide what layout or size we wanted, all the staff were so helpful & very informative about all the motorhomes to help us decide. It had everything we could need… & was very clean, lots of storage & very comfortable. Can't fault all the staff, very friendly, helpful & at the end of the phone if you need any help or advice. Excellent service & will definitely be renting from them again. Thanks for everything. Mr & Mrs Foy & family. x

Won a competition to hire a 4 berth motor home for 4 days. It was wonderful. The vehicle was in excellent condition and clean. Everything was provided for us, only needed our bedding. Plenty of storage space. Help was only a phone call away, day or night no matter matter how major or simple the problem was. Staff was very very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. Would definitely use again. Really enjoyed our time away, was a really relaxing break and didn’t want to give the camper van back! Thank you again, Gordon and Diane x

Atrocious bunch of incompetents who don't give one, but seem terribly pleased about being useless. Want to go somewhere? You won't be going anywhere if you try to hire a vehicle off this lot. Why are they still in business?

Great experience, Fiona and the team made us feel incredibly welcome when we initially came to view the vans. We've used other Motorhome companies previously and in comparison UGO go above and beyond. The little touches of a hoover, Netflix for the kids (or Adults) even a bottle opener were all there for us. Genuinely can't recommend UGO enough, we'll be back again next year (and the year after and after etc etc) Thank you again for helping us create such amazing memories for us as a family.
