Services
Osteopathy
Osteopathy addresses musculoskeletal issues through hands-on techniques like joint mobilisation and soft tissue manipulation. We treat back pain, sports injuries, and postural problems by restoring structural balance, enhancing circulation, and supporting the body's natural healing processes. Patients receive tailored advice on exercise and posture to sustain recovery.
Cranial Osteopathy
Cranial osteopathy uses subtle pressure to release tensions in the skull and body, benefiting all ages. This technique addresses headaches, birth trauma in infants, and stress-related conditions. Treatment focuses on improving fluid dynamics and nervous system function, promoting relaxation and self-regulation without invasive methods.
Paediatric Care
Specialised care for infants and children addresses developmental issues, birth trauma, and feeding difficulties. Our osteopaths employ gentle techniques to relieve colic, improve sleep, and support growth. Parents receive guidance on positioning and activities to complement treatment outcomes for optimal childhood development.
Sports Injury Recovery
Targeted osteopathic treatment accelerates recovery from sports-related strains, sprains, and overuse injuries. We combine joint articulation, muscle release, and rehabilitation exercises to restore mobility and prevent re-injury. Customised plans help athletes return to peak performance safely and efficiently.
Postural Advice
Personalised postural assessments identify movement imbalances contributing to pain. We provide practical advice on workspace setup, exercise routines, and daily habits to correct alignment, reduce strain, and prevent chronic musculoskeletal issues through sustainable lifestyle changes.

Report
I have tried Physio, Chiro, pretty much everything but Silva is the only person that has actually made a difference. Cannot recommend highly enough.
