I have terrible pain on my mid back four over a year. I tried everything and nothing worked. I came to herb and accupuncher after few sessions my back pain is less and my muscles are smooth . I will take few more sessions. I feel more energetic then before .I would recommend this place to anyone who suffer from back pain. Dr Xu he is very knowledgable and amazing .he is exepert on accupuncher,cupping and massage.and receptionists (Grace) as well help with advise and appoint. I would like to thanks Dr xu and Grace for helping me on my back pain .

I have had acupuncture since over 20 years for various issues and went there for my back pains and was offered the lot: acupuncture, cupping & massage. We agreed on acupuncture and massage and while the receptionist recommended the cupping she was not overly pushy as described by others. I guess it's their up selling. I bought a few sessions and my problems have drastically improved. The staff is very good, takes their time, listens to the problems and it helps me to recover.

Barking Store - Nothing worse than walking out of a healing treatment feeling cheated! Having also walked out of a super dingy looking treatment room, is there no pride and standards? 10 first time consultation (yes, its NOT free, because they know you wont be back), 65 for A+M+C ( Accupuncture, Massage, Cupping) recommendation from the 'Doctor' and then Mo Money behind the counter tries to sell you 65 worth of dried herbs and flower buds because youre unique. Every Dr consultation ends in A+M+C recommendation, thats partly how they make their money. Up-sell at least 65 pounds and peddle

Worst customer service assistant Ive ever received from barking branch. She was so rude to me when I asked to make a discount. She said 1 hour service but session done by 45 minutes and demand for full payment. Very unprofessional place and dirty room. Never be again...
