I was looking for a nice flat for me, my wife and my little daughter. We saw a flat with Gravity Estates, but it was small for us. It was late 8pm, but agent said he had a key with him for a bigger flat for us in North Harrow. We liked it from first sight. Thank you for your hard work and no wonder you get nice properties.

A family member dealt with Misha for over 8 years and recommended him to me. I was looking to invest into a buy to let property. Misha found me reasonable priced run down property and gave me rental guidance on how to do it to be compliant with HMO regulations. He applied for a license and last 4 years I am getting fair rent guarantee income from my property from Gravity Estates. I was impressed during my last inspection how clean the property was and garden well maintained. If you are looking for somebody to manage the property Misha has the best team and knowledge.
