Ringing them since Tues morning and sent email via their email link on their site. Now Thursday and no answer to phone calls or email reply. Voice message says you cant leave a message! Haynes were recommended to me so I was hoping for a better start than this. .... Its now a week on and my call was answered this morning. Now awaiting a call to arrange survey, no indication of when this will happen, apart from when he can find time, as he is very busy. Told they are fully booked up till Feb 2019.

Awful. We were hoping to have our drive done by D L Haynes. We called the number on the website and left a message. We did not hear back so called again a couple of days later. Someone answered.

DLH' You only called a couple of days ago, I've got a list of 15 new enquiries.
HJ' Oh I see, well you must be busy.
DLH' He's 3 weeks behind with his work. He gets up at 5am and gets in at 7.30pm and does a couple of quotes.
