Please provide a contact telephone number for the recipient and working hours if going to work address. Same day deliveries must be received by 1pm GMT, orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day.
We delivery flowers between 9am to 3pm ish, Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm ish Saturday if the recipient is not in we will try to leave the delivery with a neighbour if possible and a "while you were out" card will be left at the recipients address.We do not deliver Bank holiday Mondays or any seasonal Bank holidays.
