Very helpful with advice before purchase. We ordered Pro Play Shockpad and grass along with a few sundries. These arrived within 48 hours and were delivered by a very friendly man with his van. Grass looks amazing, so easy to lay, and came with the measurements i wanted. Staff really helpful too, the photo doesnt really give it justice but Considering it was only uneven paving stones before it looks great.

Ordered 5 samples of grass I liked on the site, all were of a very high standard, decided to go with limited edition 6. Couldn't be happier with what I received, looks amazing when laid. Would use again, and would recommend anyone thinking of getting artificial grass to use this company.

Little bit of a mixed review here. Originally I ordered the limited edition 6 as it said it was in stock on the site. I left it 7 days as per site and booked workmen in to lay the grass. I emailed off on the 6th day to ask when the grass would be arriving as it was too be fitted the day after. Prompt response from Rachel, however to be told they dont have the limited edition in stock and wouldnt be here until next week. No good when you have people booked in for the job and Tuda are not up front with you when the stock is actually indeed out of stock from the start.
