I think it's important to support local but in this case I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Short tempered staff. Unhelpful returns policy which resulted in 5 phone calls, 4 emails, numerous texts and 3 visits to the site. It's put me off and will be using chain stores from now on.

No answer on phone just get a rude receptionist that says she doesnt have a number for the cladding store but the number is ment to be there number

Then receive an email saying there currently out of stock and I have emailed everyday for 7 days asking for the order to be cancelled and a refund issued and they have ignored

Ordered bathroom PVC panels on 24th September and got an email same day to say it had been shipped, but on 9th October I got another email to say there was an extra cost for shipping did I want to pay it or cancel. I emailed back the same day saying I wanted to pay the extra, I have received no further communication from the company despite several emails and trying to get through on the phone to tell me how to pay or when I can expect the panels. And on the issue of the phone number - why give a contact phone number which doesn't actually get you through to anyone at the company it is purely a
