The company was born out of frustration - it was clear at the time that student accommodation was an after-thought for most businesses, an add-on to an existing Estate Agent and something that caused more inconvenience than it was worth. This then led to sub-quality accommodation, terrible service and ultimately, unhappy students and landlords.
