Bought a Ford Focus and whilst it was inspected they found a fault so kindly provided a car as they knew mine was scrapped. They also replaced the Cam belt which was due next year. All staff were very supportive and informative and went out of their way to provide a superb service.

My first experience of a fully online car purchase. From initial enquiry, a chat on the phone and then a request for some bodywork videos Shepshed Ford were very good. I've now had the car for 2 months and I've absolutely no complaints. I really enjoyed the experience of purchase, the price was competitive across the Internet, so I could drive away happy. And have continued to drive happy since September.

I travelled over from Ireland last year to purchase a second hand Mitsubishi Outlander from Shepshed Ford. The car was presented in immaculate condition and the lads were a pleasure to deal with. One year on and the car has passed the NCT with flying colours. Thanks again, highly recommend!

Brilliant, buying a car during lockdown was always a concern for me as I couldn't test drive the car.
