I was recommended to use T Duncan for my recent house purchase. Eric Whyte provided an excellent service. Moving from England he guided me through the Scottish process and kept me informed every step of the way. At what is a stressful time I was assured everything was in order. Very good value on fees as well. I would recommend them for any legal needs.

As a seller they were a nightmare to work with, sat on money despite pre-payment, oblivious to any reasonable request had us moving at 5.30 pm due to late release of funds. Cheap but you get what you pay for, expect nasty.

Absolute disgraceful.Leaving young girls in tears and one on the verge of an asthma attack when they were giving evidence in court.With very over aggressive questioning towards the pair.Showing no human decency towards them when they were questioned causing them both to panic and burst into tears.Not happy and shall be taking the matter further.Would not recommend this company at all.Would give no stars if I could.!
