We used SJ Cole and Co for a two room single story extension. Throughout the project Steve communicated clearly with us, used excellent tradesmen, and worked at an impressive rate. It was clear from day one that Steve is very experienced, and genuinely cared about the project. We are very satisfied with the finished product. We would 100% use Steve again as and when we do more work on the house.

A number of patio slabs had become loose over the years and required relaying and in addition an area required converting from a planting area to a tidy concrete area.
SJ Cole were recommended to me and Steve and his associate Ray completed the job to a very high standard.
Competitively priced and highly recommended.

S J Cole built a kitchen extension and garden patio for us a few years ago. In any building project there are unforeseen issues and Steve gave great advice to help us achieve what we wanted. Great service and friendly to deal with. Ive just tried to hire him again for another project but the good reputation must be getting around as hes booked up for the foreseeable future! Book him early.

The quotation/paperwork phase and then execution of the job by S.J. Cole & Co' was efficient and very professional. Their work on the exterior of my home was commented by passers-by to be of high quality and finish. I have confidence and trust in S.J. Cole & Co following this project. I would not hesitate to recommend their work to others.
