Looking for a loft conversion and several people recommended Charles Grosvenor. I met with several companies and Charles Grosvenor were the most professional and still competitive. From design, local planning, through to the build they have been amazing. Always communicating, never failed to deliver what they said they would do, when the would do it.
Russell the project manager, with the office team could not have made it easier and the quality of build is brilliant. We love the new space it is bigger and brighter than we ever imagined.

Charles Grosvenor completed the loft conversion providing with an additional bedroom with Ensuite shower in our home in Langley, Berkshire. We were concerned initially because we were lowering the ceilings on the first floor, however we were super surprised with every aspect of the work done by them, starting from planning, very good professional advice and support from the actual build to completion was exceptional. Every member of the Charles Grosvenor team excelled at their job. The fitters have created a wonderful space in our loft, the plasterers have done an amazing finish, everyone were

Charles Grosvenor have done an excellent job of converting our loft. We came to know of them through a glowing recommendation from another property in our estate. From the initial point of contact they were extremely professional and easy to deal with, allowing you to be as involved as you want through the stages. They had the vision to overcome some planning issues which 3 other quotations advised would not be possible. The end product is just fantastic and I cant thank them enough.

They worked with us through all stages of a loft conversion from initial discussions and idea, through to final design, planning, building and project management. I would highly recommend Charles Grosvenor to anyone thinking about roof conversions. They are professional builders who truly understand and care about their customers. We had 2 roofs converted in past 6 months. The service is hassle-free and consistent from sales to aftercare. The team are professional, experienced, polite and very hard-working. Communications are excellent (f2f, calls and emails..). We recently had a loft conversion with Charles Grosvenor and the experience from start to finish was amazing. Not only were they exceptionally well organised and efficient, but all tradesmen turned up on time and when expected. Russell (our project manager) was brilliant. We weren't entirely sure what layout we wanted, but to say he was flexible would be a huge understatement. We were kept informed every step of the way and communication was excellent. We are really happy with the end result and I would recommend Charles Grosvenor with no hesitation whatsoever.
