Our vision at Breathe first aid training is to make first aid courses more accessible to the general public, and to improve first aid delivery in the workplace.
In the United Kingdom, 150,000 lives a year are lost to causes which with basic first aid skills and knowledge, could have been prevented. We believe anyone can save a life and make a difference. Our courses are based on real experiences and knowledge gained throughout careers in the military and the NHS, and current practice in the acute care environment.
