Michael progressed in his work to then become a production manager. In 1999 Michael opened Town & Country N.E Kitchens Bedrooms in a small unit, the business grew mainly on customer recommendations, they moved to accommodate the needs of the business to a bigger manufacturing unit & showroom & the business has gone from strength to strength.
He believes in a "No High Pressure Sales" approach & always gives honest advice & unlike many in this trade he does not believe in undercutting any competitors prices to win business.We succeed only when we meet and exceed the expectations of our customers. Michael was able to supply and fit some new kitchen doors to our existing kitchen. Even though the manufacturer doesn't make the same doors he was able to find a near perfect match. On time and polite Michael provided a great service and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the finished look.
