CDS Builders have completely renovated the exterior of our Edwardian property in Hillside. We honestly do not recognise our new home. After years of poor building maintenance and neglect, including a badly maintained roof, rotting gutters, poor brickwork, render which was crumbling and replacement lintels for the interior porch and a flat roof attic extension which had incomplete felting, it needed careful and detailed inspection and a building team prepared to tackle the complexities of retro fitting part done work and replacing with new in some cases. Carl and his team worked on a large single story wrap around extension on my house and I'm pleased with every aspect of their work. Seamlessly project managed with polite and tidy tradesmen for each specialised job. The project was done within the agreed timescale and the budget only went over because I chose expensive tiles for shower room.
